Eat Food Rich In Fiber

Eat Vegetable Protein Sources

A study has shown that replacing animal protein, as seen in meat, fish and eggs with vegetable proteins as in beans, nuts and seeds is linked to a reduced risk of infertility. A higher protein intake from meat could lead to Ovulatory infertility, another study reveals. Therefore, consider replacing your animal protein sources with vegetable protein sources.
